Broadfork is a 100% local, direct from producer market dedicated to strengthening the local food economy by offering the best local and regional products for your eating pleasure. We supporting farmers by building community through food-based educational efforts, events, creative marketing, great coffee, an agrarian library, and a selection of tools and supplies to support food-based efforts.

 

We will be open 7 days a week and sell most of our products on consignment which means that producers own the products throughout the store -- like a farmer’s market -- and earn 75% of every sale. As for "local", we like our producers to be in Kentucky and ideally within 100 miles of Lexington but if there is a need for something unique we are open to breaking our own rules. 

 

Throughout 2026 we will be recruiting vendors, hiring staff, and asking for your help to get the word out in order to open in the Spring of 2027!

We are in the process of planning our location at Greyline Station at 101 W. Loudoun Ave. on Lexington's Northside.
